Returns And Exchanges
When returning an item you must first contact Very Garcia via email at customerservices@verygarcia.co.uk. You will need to provide us with your order number and reason for return. Once this information has been received we will proceed to refund your payment. Please note Very Garcia cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

You must then return the item to Very Garcia within seven days in the condition it was sold. Please take extra care during time in returning the items undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging with the return reference number stated clearly.

We will contact you once the item has been received. Then either a refund or a credit note will be issued.

Please inform us of any breakages within forty eight hours of receiving the order.

This returns and exchanging policy does not affect your statutory rights.
