How do I contact Very Garcia ?

You can contact us by using the email enquiry sheet which can be found within the Contact Us section of the website or alternatively call 0207 253 2707 to speak to Very Garcia or John Aristizabal. Line is open 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday.

How will my order be shipped?

You have the option of having your order sent Standard or Special Delivery. For Standard Delivery in the UK, please allow 4-5 working days. The charge is £5.00 per address. For Standard or Special Delivery in the UK, please allow up to 2 working days. The charge is £10.00 per address. Orders over £100.00 using Standard service will be sent free of charge.

Can the rings be resized?

Each of our rings are made to the exact size as specified by you, please make sure that you have your finger measured by a professional jeweller or alternative request a free ring sizers from us and we will mail you one within UK. Resizes are normally subject to a charge which will depend on the type of ring and the extent of the change and usually takes two to three weeks to resize them. If your ring is impossible to upsize we can only offer you a best deal resizing option where we will offer you the best price possible to re-order from us.

How do I know when my order has been received?

Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.
